Prema is an experienced and highly trained caring Lift practitioner who expertly guides you in a unique style of meditation specifically designed to reduce pain, depression, stress and anxiety, replacing them with a sense of lightness and possibility, wellbeing and peace. Utilising a unique combination of evidence based methods, including guided visualisation, intention, cognitive refocus and counselling.
With regular use, meditation practices become even easier and are more conducive to peace and wellbeing.
Meditation class is open to everyone, even if you haven't meditated before.
